("Qangles", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") is a next-generation Quantum-as-a-Service (QCaaS) platform, designed to make quantum computing accessible, practical, and enterprise-ready. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our website, platform, APIs, and all related services.

1. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

2.1 Information You Provide Directly We collect personal information that you submit to us when you register, access the platform, or communicate with our team: • Contact Information: name, work or academic email address, job title, organization or institution name, and country of residence • Account Information: username, password, organization or research workspace settings, team member configurations, role assignments, and access tier preferences • Quantum Research & Experiment Data: quantum circuit designs, algorithm configurations (including VQE, QAOA, and hybrid models), simulation parameters, quantum job submissions, research datasets, and experiment records you create or upload within the platform • Payment Information: billing name, address, and payment method. All card transactions are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers on our systems. • Support & Communications: messages submitted through support tickets, in-app chat, developer forums, email, or feedback forms 2.2 Information Collected Automatically When you interact with our Services, we and our technology partners automatically collect: • Log & Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs • Usage & Activity Data: pages visited, features accessed, quantum circuits built or executed, simulation environments launched, session duration, click paths, and error events within the platform • Quantum Platform Telemetry: quantum job submission counts, circuit depth and qubit utilization metrics, execution times, hardware vs. simulator usage ratios, hybrid workflow invocations, and API call volumes • Quantum ML Activity: usage patterns, model training runs, and performance benchmarks generated through the Quantum Machine Learning features of the platform

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes: • Service Delivery: To provision, operate, and deliver the Qangles Quantum-as-a-Service platform • Quantum Hardware & Resource Management: To enable access to quantum hardware backends, manage job queuing, and allocate compute resources across your workspace • Authentication & Access Control: To verify identity, manage workspace and research group access, enforce role-based controls, and maintain the security of your quantum environment • Customer & Research Support: To respond to support requests, technical inquiries about quantum algorithms, billing questions, and account issues • Platform Improvement & AI Enhancement: To improve platform performance and quantum circuit optimization recommendations through anonymized usage analytics • Communications: To send transactional communications (billing receipts, job completion notifications, security alerts, account updates) and, where permitted, product and research announcements • Security, Safety & Compliance: To monitor for fraudulent activity, abuse, export control compliance requirements, or unauthorized platform access

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances: • Service Providers: We work with trusted vendors who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements • Quantum Hardware Providers: Where you access real quantum hardware (e.g., IBM Quantum, IonQ, Rigetti), job metadata and circuit specifications may be transmitted to those hardware providers • Enterprise & Academic Administrators: May have access to team usage data, quantum job logs, and account billing information within their organization's workspace • Legal Obligations & Export Controls: We may disclose information as required by applicable law, court order, or government authority • Business Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. YOUR CONTROLS & CHOICES

• Account & Profile Data: You may review, update, or correct your personal information at any time through your Qangles profile settings. To request permanent deletion, contact us at info@qangles.ai. • Email & Marketing Communications: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link. • Cookies & Tracking: You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or via our cookie consent banner. • Quantum Hardware & Cloud Integrations: You may disconnect any connected quantum hardware backend at any time through the Qangles integrations settings panel.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation.

7. DATA SECURITY

Qangles employs enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including: • Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) • Role-based access controls for all internal systems and customer workspaces • SOC 2-aligned security operations with continuous monitoring and comprehensive log retention • Secure quantum job execution environments with isolation between organizational workspaces • Regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and a documented incident response plan

8. EXPORT CONTROLS & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Quantum computing technology, software, and certain research data may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By using the Qangles platform, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable export control laws.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Qangles' Services are designed for professional, enterprise, and academic research use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
